The RB4226 comes standard with the RC100DC dust collector. This dust collector utilizes a 1/3hp motor to pull 100cfm of air from the cabinet while blasting.
The RB100DC uses a weighted cloth bag to filter out dust and debris. This unit draws the dust and debris out of the cabinet into the lower half of the collector unit for easy cleaning. The cloth bag is initially drawn upwards by the powerful motor and fan where is catches particulate before exhausting clear air out of the top. Each time you turn off the collector the cloth bag falls back downwards effectively clearing the debris the filter material for the next use!

The RB500DC dust collector upgrade provides you with 500cfm of vacuum to guarantee better visibility and cleaner media while blasting.
Additionally, the RB500DC utilizes a pleated cylindrical cartridge style filter in place of the weighted cloth bag seen in the RB100DC system! Raptor Blaster's Easy Clean system allows you to force air backwards through the filter and expel debris from the filter, letting it fall down into the bottom debris hopper for easy removal via the port at the bottom of the hopper.
This system provides better filtering and filter life as there is more surface area within the filter to capture media and debris before it is exhausted out of the top of the collector.
This package includes the same RB500DC dust collector seen above in "Option 2" but adds the RB500RE media reclaimer to filter out healthy media before it is combined with the dust and debris at the bottom of the dust collector!
The RB500RE media reclaimer sits upstream from the dust collector and is responsible for separating healthy media from the dust and debris pulled from the cabinet by the dust collector system. This process protects the dust collector filter as well as preventing unnecessary media loss to the dust collector.
Captured media can be easily drained from the reclaimer via the port at the bottom of the hopper and reintroduced to the cabinet. This will help you get the most out of your media while not sacrificing visibility!
