Every RB3630S is hand made in the USA! The cabinet body is made from 12ga stainless steel sheet that is laser cut and hand welded to ensure perfect seams that do not leak slurry during use. - Closed Loop -The RBCL closed loop system offers you the option to run the RB3630S slurry blaster without the need for a dedicated water supply or drain. The RBCL offers a 16gal tank with a pneumatic water pump that will pressurize the water lines within the cabinet.
Furthermore, the RBCL system has a top mounted filter that employs a disposable paper filter roll and a removable stainless steel screen to prevent slurry contaminated water from cycling through the internals of the cabinet. If your shop doesn't have the necessary water supply to run a slurry cabinet this system will allow you to place that cabinet anywhere you need regardless of the plumbing.
- Mist Collector -The RBMC mist collector uses a powerful 1HP blower to pull 500CFM of air through the cabinet cutting any mist or fog before it can form and block your view! The RBMC pulls the contaminated air through a mist cartridge which separates the moisture from the air allowing clean air to be expelled from the top of the cabinet and capture liquid to drain from the bottom into your collection system for the cabinet.
This not only improves your visibility while blasting but reduces the amount of mist born particulate that you inhale when opening the doors after blasting.
